Yes, I am an animal communicator but “animal” is often understood to be limited to dogs, cats, parakeets and other animal companions, farm animals, and wild animals. I communicate with a full spectrum of sentient beings including insects, marine life, plants, and fungi.
I don’t tell animals what to do. There’s no “stop that, do this.” I serve as an intermediary between you and your animal companion, opening up understanding, sharing viewpoints, answering questions. Often, simply allowing an animal to be heard, to express themself, is profoundly healing. Often, resolving a behavioral issue is “one and done.” Other times, there may be an improvement in behavior followed by a relapse. LOL. Think about the last time YOU changed your behavior. The intellect and emotions of animals are different from ours, but every bit as rich and complex.
I am not a veterinarian. I am not a substitute for veterinary care. I support healing through Reiki and shamanic practices. Sometimes an animal will share information about how they feel, what pain or discomfort they may be dealing with, what things they might want you to change or do differently. I can provide end-of-life support, comfort and understanding. I have done this with client animals, my own beloved animal companions and with human animals.
I do not accept requests to find lost animals.

Often in mediumship and shamanic ceremonies, beloved animal companions in spirit come through to impart a message, guidance, and support. They loved you then. They love you now.
I studied animal communication with Sharon Loy in the early 2020’s and have been communicating with sentient beings since that time. In 2025 I had the opportunity to pursue a certification program with Penelope Smith – the Grandmother of Animal Communication and a remarkable pioneer of communication with all sentient beings since the 1970’s.
While I am deeply grateful for the gift of learning from Penelope, this is not an endorsement of the Shift Network.
